Office Refurbishment

A floor of Yare House in Great Yarmouth was repurposed to create open-plan office space for 50 staff with a kitchen area, seperate training room, and a reception/lobby area.

Construct and soundproof stud walls
Install new UPVc electrical wall dado, complete with new electrical power supplies and data sockets, and fully test
Construct workstation pods in main office
Upgrade internal and external emergency lighting
Install new Paxton door entry system to all main areas
Upgrade all existing hot and cold-water supplies to meet regulation standards

Office Repurposing

An old veterinarian building was stripped out and two floors were refurbished to create modern clinic and office space.

Hospital Gym Build

A new gym for patients to receive occupational therapy was created at Beccles Hospital by stripping out all existing fixtures and fittings in a former staffroom.

Reception Renovation

The main reception of Beccles Hospital was remodelled to create a new changing room and secure store behind the new welcome area for visitors.

Staffroom Conversion

Four treatment rooms were transformed into a new staffroom with a kitchen area and a separate office.
